Do you ship worldwide?

 

Yes! We offer a worldwide shipping service to most international countries. All shipping fee's are calculated when checking out and your location has been confirmed
The standard delivery timings are dependent on location and
time of order.

- Hood Golf is not responsible for fees/duties and local taxes that all international orders may be subject to.

Refund Policy

All Sales are final , No returns on items unless faulty or incorrect order sent.
This is due to the nature of the releases and limited number drops.

In case of returns Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How long will delivery take?
All packages are packed and distriputed within 24 hours of payment from our side.

Unfortunatley due to COVID-19 the delivery/shipping times have been affected greatly. we have no control over the speed of the post office. The usual 1-5 day delivery time within the U.k may vary. We appreciate all patiences during these times!

All International shipping times vary due to location and local shipping timings. When possible , tracking numbers will be added for all international orders.

We want complete transparacy with our customer hence why we are adding in this information.

Will my order be trackable?

YES! Depending on the carrier , If a tracking number is available from the selected carrier it will be included in your confirmation email.

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available).

Which carriers do you use?

      • Royal Mail and DPD
      We use both of these providers to ensure that you receive a high-quality service at the best price. 



  • For DPD delivery, the day before the delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. On the day of delivery you will receive a notification with an hour slot of delivery.
    If you are not available, click a link in your delivery slot email or text message and choose from a number of options to reschedule, deliver to a neighbor, leave at a safe place, or collect from a pickup shop.
  • For Royal Mail delivery, the day before delivery you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
    If you are not available, you can choose to deliver to a neighbor or safe place; if neither option are possible a ‘Something for You’ note will be left with the relevant information regarding your package, and the parcel will be taken to a Royal Mail Delivery Office for collection or to arrange re-delivery.
The overall carrier decision depends on the order and location you select. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

Will Hood Golf clothes improve my golf skill?
Yes... yes it will.
